Ceramic magnets, or so called ferrite magnets, are one of the cost-effective but slightly less powerful magnets other than neodymium magnets. They have all the shapes that neodymium magnets own yet with materials of iron oxide and strontium carbonate, so they have a varying and helpful applications.
Ceramic magnets are permanent, soft, and gyromagnetic magnets, which makes it first option apply on heavy-weight applications such as DC motors, magnetic separators, automotive sensors, low end loudspeakers, medical equipment(MRI), etc, or light-weight household and office purpose like photo frames, fridge stickers, whiteboard, toys, etc.
They perform pretty well in a high temperature condition and provide high intrinsic coercive force, without necessity of anti-corrosion or anti-nebulization treatment on the surface.
A magnetism grade of Y30 is the common used magnetic level on ceramic magnets, and we can also make a magnet with Y35, Y40, Y46 or more. It’s your turn to proceed!
